Connect with Others

How Family Sanity Small Group Meetings Support You

Small groups of parents gather for a time of sharing and listening, connecting with others who are facing similar challenges having to do with a son or daughter who is dealing with emotional and mental health issues.  Some parents come alone; others together.

It is a place to learn more about how to get help, and for sharing your own story.

The meetings are held in private homes, and are typically groups of 6 to 12 people.  Some people come to every meeting; others check in less frequently.

Although sometimes it's a difficult conversation, you'll find comfort in the fact that you are not alone.

These meetings are currently being held on Zoom conferencing and are free to all. However, a donation of any amount to support Family Sanity would be greatly appreciated.
